morning of May 2nd, ISCA Honorary Chair Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and Chairman Mawlana Shaykh
Hisham were invited to the office of His Excellency Abdurrahman Wahid, President of the
Republic of Indonesia. Here Shaykh Hisham greets His Excellency on ISCA's third meeting with the President. |

Mawlana Shaykh Nazim gave
some specific advice to the President, then made du`a for his success and good health. Following the invocation, His Excellency President Wahid requested initiation into the Naqshbandi-Haqqaniyya Islamic Order on the hand of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim. |

Lunch was held that day at the home of Ustadh Pa Moustafa. As always, drums and recitation of salawat and qasa'id accompanied the arrival of the shaykhs. |  |

Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, Mawlana Shaykh Hisham and His Highness Raja Ashman of Malaysia were guests at a beautiful dinner hosted by the Haqqani Foundation of Indonesia whose premier guest was the President of Indonesia, His Excellency Abdurrahman Wahid, seen here being greeted by Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, and accompanied by the Minister of Interior, Mr. Djohan Effendi on Wednesday evening. |

The event featured a lengthy Mawlid celebration, in honor of our Beloved Prophet (saws). President Abdurrahman Wahid's young daughter was also in attendance at this event. |
