Ivory Coast Greets ISCA Chairman

As part of his 2010 African Tour, ISCA Chairman Shaykh Hisham Kabbani visited Ivory Coast. The shaykh was treated as an honored dignitary, meeting with religious leaders as well as with President Laurent Gbagbo.

On a cold winter afternoon, Friday 14th December 2007, World Head of the Naqshbandi-Haqqani Sufi Order, Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani's highest spiritual representative His Excellency Shaykh Muhammad Hisham al-Kabbani took to visit Minhaj ul Quran Centre, London, UK.

Shaykh Hisham al-Kabbani was warm-heartedly received upon his arrival by a delegation from the London based centre of Minhaj ul Quran International. Bouquets of flowers were presented to the Shaykh at the reception.

Shaykh Hisham al-Kabbani, chairman of the Supreme Islamic Council of America delivered a brief Friday sermon at the centre; he stressed upon the order of God Almighty in divine scriptures of the necessity in praising Prophet Muhammad. Speaking to an audience of several hundred people he said "sallu `alayh – It is an order in the holy Quran from our Creator to send blessings upon the Prophet abundantly"

ISCA Meets with HRH Prince Charles

Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani met with HRH Prince Charles at St James' Palace on June 16, 2006.  Shaykh Kabbani and HRH Prince Charles share views on the problem of religious extremism and the lack of emphasis on spirituality which unites all faiths. HRH the Prince of Wales is a staunch believer in the importance of spirituality and considers Sufism to be an essential aspect of Islam.
